Throughout the process of Family Dispute Resolution and stakeholder facilitation, our services remain child-focussed. As another way to ensure a child's best interests remain at the centre of these discussions, a child consult may be considered.
During a Child Consult, the consultant will determine if they meet only with the parents, or will also speak with the child/ren. This information may then be used to support parents in making decisions during the dispute resolution process. A child consult will be considered at the FDRPs discretion.
