Mediation that Matters- Mediation and Family Dispute Resolution services
We know that legal action can sometimes be overwhelming and for most of our clients, their aim is to avoid court if possible, saving time and money, and move on with their lives. We are dedicated to providing you help in language that you can understand. If you don't feel like you understand your options, just ask, and we will work to find an explanation that works for you.
The first step is for us to work with you and come up with a plan to get the outcomes you need, even if you're not sure what that is. Through our understanding of the mediation process and your understanding of the circumstances, we will craft a path to a future free from conflict.
Don't wait! Contact us for a free phone consultation. Let us help you figure out what your best next steps are. The sooner you have a plan of action, the better your chances of taking the correct steps to get the conflict-free future you want.
If you feel you've tried everything to resolve the conflict yourself, let us help you.
Like most things in life, its often best to seek assistance & advice from the professionals. Let us guide you through.
We offer:
"I know we wouldn't have had this result without Dannielle's help, now we can just get on with things"
"We tried mediation through another service and after waiting for weeks, it was still going to take months. We were able to get mediation done before our first appointment would have even happened with the other service"
I want to go through a private mediator but the other party doesn't want to pay the fees, can I pay for the whole thing?
Yes, an initial intake & assessment appointment will be booked and fees will be discussed at this appointment.
What happens if I want to mediate but the other party doesn't?
Your mediator will guide you through this process and explain your options based on your individual circumstances.
My ex-partner and I don't agree on what our new parenting arrangements should be. Do I have to go to court?
Court is one option, but, not the only option. Often we find that most parents, with the assistance of our experienced Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners, are able to reach agreements through negotation and focussing on the children's needs.
